Project Description
We ensure our mothers and their children are getting proper nutrition by:
Giving out information about the WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Program benefits for income eligible pregnant women, mothers and their babies and young children.
Referring income eligible mothers for information and assistance with the SNAP application (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program formerly known as food stamps)
Giving out information about local food pantries, food truck dates and locations, hot meal programs and emergency food help
